Due to the delicate nature of formal wear, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all security tags attached.
Request Authorization
Email our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our team will inspect the garment. Upon approval, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
